Tears to be Treasured [Ep. 004]
Worthless Tears…? Or Precious Tears?
In this episode…
S.O.A.R. with us as we reminisce about moments in our lives when tears were sown in one season of life, and worked into a testimony of praise in a later season. In this episode, we explore topics related to the Holocaust. We will also hear from John and Terina Dutton from Athletes for the Nations and One Heart Collective. Hear the story of how God led them to Croatia on a sports mission, but fulfilled a deeper calling than they understood at the time. Hear how they had to leave early to make it out before the COVID-19 shutdown, but all was not lost or wasted.
God will redeem all of the tears and prayers of His people in His time.
Psalm 126:5-6
Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy.
He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing,
Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.
Laugh with us. Cry with us. S.O.A.R. with us.

“A Dialog of Suffering Between the Holocaust and the Crucifixion”
Seven sculptured relief panels reflecting the last seven utterances from the crucifixion . . . Seven life size bronze figures symbolizing the response and reflection of the Holocaust . . . Six pillars of stone for a memorial to the six million perished.
The Fountain of Tears is based on the verses of Jeremiah, “Oh Lord that my head were a spring of water and my eyes a fountain of tears that I would weep day and night for the lost of my people.” This was a cry and prayer from Jeremiah, and it is also my prayer that the Lord God would remember the six million and pay back all that was taken from this people as a result of the Holocaust.
Be encouraged to overcome and SOAR above all of the darkness of this world, and focus on God’s eternal Kingdom!
Jeremiah 9:1, 17-18
1 Oh, that my head were waters, And my eyes a fountain of tears,
That I might weep day and night For the slain of the daughter of my people!
17 Thus says the Lord of hosts: “Consider and call for the mourning women,
That they may come; And send for skillful wailing women,
That they may come. 18 Let them make haste And take up a wailing for us,
That our eyes may run with tears, And our eyelids gush with water.
Luke 19:41-44
Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it, 42 saying, “If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side, and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”
Matthew 5:4
Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted.
